[OSEN=Park Hyun Min] A group WINNER from YG Entertainment(YG) is confirmed to be the guest for 2NE1’s world tour performance in the regions of China.
According to the associate of YG, WINNER is invited as a guest for 2NE1 world tour Hong Kong performance that is expected to be March 22nd, China on April 11th and Taiwan on April 26th~27th.
WINNER also did the opening performance of BIGBANG’s Japan 6th Dome Tour and has a lot of fans not only in Korea but also Japan and throughout the regions of Asia and so on. Taking part as a guest this time came true so that WINNER, whom the official debut is just around the corner, can thank and give back the support of overseas fans.
Previously, WINNER have a case of performing when they were invited as a guest for 2NE1 world tour Seoul performance that took place on Olympics Park, SK Olympics Handball Stadium in Bangee-dong, Seoul on 1st~2nd of this month. WINNER appeared as a special guest and presented the performances of ‘JUST ANOTHER BOY’ and ‘GO UP’ that gathered a lot of attention when the survival program ‘WHO IS NEXT : WIN’ was still on air.
Also, they performed for the opening of BIGBANG’s Japan 6th Dome Tour that took place from November of last year to January of this year and not only received huge interest of the fans from both in and out of Korea but also got an opportunity to be on the stage. After that, WINNER presented much improved live singing and powerful performance in 2NE1 Seoul performance and got the attention.
Especially, 2NE1 is famous for taking good care of WINNER out of all the senior singers affiliated with YG. During the shooting of Mnet ‘WINNER TV’, 2NE1 easily granted the request from WINNER asking to allow them to become the guests for their Seoul performance. Also, with the positive reactions from Seoul performance, it is known that 2NE1 recommended WINNER as the guest for their overseas tour.
2NE1’s second world tour started off with Seoul performance on March 1st~2nd and is going to take place in 9 countries and 12 cities such as China and Taiwan and so on after Hong Kong on March 22nd.
In this performance, the world famous producers Travis Payne and Stacy Walker, who took part in 2NE1 first world tour, the live band that participated in BIGBANG and G-Dragon’s world tour and the world famous visual video team Possible will join the crew. This performance is gathering anticipation as it will present not only the fancy performances of 2NE1, who successfully made a powerful comeback with the regular 2nd album, but also will present much more abundant performance with WINNER’s guest appearance and is expecting to excite the fans.
