Boygroup WINNER is now on a debut countdown.
On the 15th, YG Entertainment’s CEO Yang Hyun Suk said through TV Report, “We know how big the anticipation of the fans for WINNER’s debut album is. The time of their debut has been delayed and I broke my promise to the fans. There are a lot of people who loves them so they’re getting huge attention, that is why I feel more sorry. But if I’ll debut them with an unsatisfying album, the public might neglect them.”
He continued, “We want to repay the fans with good outcome. WINNER recently had a MV meeting. They will start filming soon. At the moment, they’re in the middle of filming for their debut album jacket. To make it the best, they tried to do various concept while filming.”
Yang Hyun Suk is anticipating for Winner as much as the fans’ anticipation. He said “Whatever it is, it’s important to pay attention even at the smallest details. Fans have been pouring out so much love for WINNER so they’re preparing carefully. We want to give them the best music.”
WINNER won on survival program “Who is Next” and took the opportunity to debut first against Team B.
