On the November 11, 2025 broadcast of SBS PowerFM’s Escape at 2PM Cultwo Show, special DJ Muzie together with Kim Taegyun hosted guests Kang Seungyoon of WINNER and Miyeon of (G)I-DLE, who both releasedsolo music at the same time.
In this episode, Kang Seungyoon opened up about the challenges of being both the youngest and the leader of the group. No issues with work—but when he jokes around too much, the hyungs aren’t afraid to call him out.
And when asked if he’s ever cut a member’s part out of spite? He said no… but “I’ll consider it next time”
They also talked about their experiences preparing for their solo promotions and how it felt stepping out of their group roles.
